UNCG Hillel is a community of undergraduate students that want to engage, learn, and celebrate Jewish life. UNCG Hillel offers a variety of ways to allow students to explore any part of Judaism that interests them; from study of the Torah to religious holidays to social justice to Israel. There are approximately 250 undergraduate Jewish students at UNCG. The entire UNCG community is welcome to all events from monthly Shabbat services to tikkun olam programs. We want Hillel to be a place for you to deepen your connection with Judaism and to experience being a part of a welcoming campus community.
UNCG Hillel prides itself at being a campus partner. We sit on the Religious Life Council, participate in residence hall programming, and collect cans of food for the Spartan Food Pantry.
NC Hillel generates centralized Statewide programming open to students from any North Carolina campus, including a leadership retreat, Taglit-Birthright Israel, and Alternative Winter and/or Spring Breaks
